Bath Time

Baths should be relaxing so I’ve always been careful not to load my kid’s tubs up with a million toys. Just a few good ones are all they need. I try to avoid a lot of plastic, and anything that is not completely sealed.

There have been many studies like this one that have shown that bath toys are a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and fungus. They found several of the toys tested harbored potentially unsafe microorganisms like listeria, E. coli and streptococcus. Especially in anything that squirts.

Below are my favorite and safest toys for the bath.
